Conditions for Return

Returns are only eligible where below conditions are met:

  • Items are unworn, unchanged and in the original condition
  • Items have the tags attached at the original position
  • Items are returned with the original packaging that includes any accessories.

Returns that exhibit wear and tear or don't fit the requirements mentioned above, are not accepted.

Return Policy

  • We support all returns
  • Any returns should be made within 7 days from the date of delivery to be accepted
  • Returns should meet all the conditions
  • Please select the correct reason of the return while return submission
  • Any returns that do not meet the conditions will be shipped back to the customer

Faulty Returns

In the cases where you believe that the product defective or damaged, please email immediatey on support@reshamkedhage.com

In your email, please include your order number in the subject and include pictures of the product. Our team will be in contact with you to discuss on the next steps

Alternatively you can login and request return in your order section. A member of our team will then be in touch to request for damaged product images

Shipping Returns

The customer is liable for return shipping costs and all associated reverse tariffs.

Resham ke Dhage does not hold accountability in the cases where return package is damaged, stolen, or lost. Please ensure that you provide your name, order number, address or any other important detail in your package to avoid such events or processing delays

Refund and Payments

  • After your package is received, please allow between 5-10 business days for the refund process
  • We will send an email on the status of your return as soon as the package is received and examined. Your refund will then be processed and applied to the original payment method if your return is approved.
  • Please be aware that due to your banking institutions' processing times, reimbursements may not show up in your account for 5 to 10 business days.
  • There are no refunds for shipping costs, customs, or taxes associated with the first order
