Will my product look exactly as the picture?

  • Each Resham Ke Dhage garment is part of a limited Artisan Series. Slight variations in print, alignment, and texture are not flaws — they’re the signature of a slow craft, where no two pieces are identical.
  • These nuances are deliberate, a quiet mark of the human hand.

I am not sure on my size, what should I do?

Since all products are different fits, we hand measure all of them. Simply go to the product you want to buy and check our size guidelines. We also mention the fit type on our product pages. Happy Shopping!

Can I exchange my product with something else?

Unfortunately, at this stage we do not support exchanges. We do accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery

I love a product but it is out of stock, how can I know when it is restocked?

Under the item you wish to purchase, simply register interest using the button below. We will let you know once the product is back in stock

What if my product is faulty?

In the events where you believe that the products is faulty, immediately email us on support@reshamkedhage.com with product images and we will be in touch regarding the next steps. Alternatively you can login and request return in your order section. A member of our team will then be in touch to request for damaged product images

I placed an order accidentally, can I change or cancel it?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel the order once placed. However, please contact us immediately on support@reshamkedhage.com and we will do our best to help you in the events where we can

When will you ship my order?

We try to ship all out standard orders in 2-10 business days. For more information please check our Shipping policy

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link

Can I return my order?

We offer returns provided they meet all the return conditions and are shipped back to us within 7 days of the delivery date. For more information please refer to our Returns page

Do you ship outside of Australia?

As of now, Resham ke Dhage operates only in Australia

I haven’t received my order confirmation or tracking details. What should I do?

How do you process payments?

All our orders and payments are processed through Shopify payments which meet high security and encryption standards

Is my card information secure?

You card information is never stored on of system due to security reasons. We use shopify payments to process all orders

When will the money be deducted from my bank account?

You will be charged immediately as soon as you complete your checkout and make a payment

How do you process refunds?

After we receive your product, our team will inspect it with respect to our returns policy and once the product has gone through all the checks, we will process your refund. Please give upto 10 business days to receive payment in your account with respect to financial institutions and other guidelines
